Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product

  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items ordered with incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

  • Products returned without prior approval

Size & Fit Disclaimer (Important)

We provide detailed size charts on our product pages to help you choose the correct fit. Slight variations in measurements (up to 1–2 cm) are considered industry-standard and do not qualify as defects.

Return Approval Process

Before sending any product back, you must:

  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue

  3. Wait for return authorization from our team

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

The final resolution will be determined by SwayamLife.com after reviewing the request.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect selection, shipping costs will not be refunded

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order

  • Once production or processing has started, cancellation will not be possible

Color & Design Disclaimer

  • We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. These variations do not qualify as defects.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us. We will work with our courier partners to assist in locating your order.
